We do not collect payment card details directly — these are handled by our payment provider where applicable.

• Prepare and send you a trade quote
• Process and fulfil your order
• Arrange and coordinate delivery, including sharing your delivery address and access notes with the partners who help us fulfil your order

We do not use your information for marketing communications unless you have separately agreed to this.

04Our legal basis for processing
